Cycle Craft begins with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. We review the findings before any extra work starts, so you know the scope before approval.
Our core services include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are checked for compatibility first, and parts are quoted separately after inspection.

The workshop works on a fixed labour package after the initial inspection, with a typical turnaround of two to four business days depending on the job and parts availability. We do not promise final pricing or completion dates until the bicycle has been assessed.
After the repair and adjustment stage, every bicycle goes through a quality check and a written service summary is prepared for collection. This makes it easy to understand what was completed and what may need future attention.
